Great movie by the way. I noticed every frame and am still wondering how people can make such simple animations. The way I do my animation in this one has two different style.
Subtle Animation are 2 Frames that loop each other, making the character idle but not boring idle. Makes them alive.
Semi-Transparent movement is a way to convey movement by having them move along with semi-transparent frames behind them, conveying how they move :>
